Blueline Shots

An important skill for defencemen to learn is to be able to shoot from the blueline without looking down at the puck. By keeping the head up and watching what is happening in front of the net, you are able to read the situation and react accordingly. This simple drill is one way to practice this type of intention flexibility as well as read and react ability.
