Clinics for Coaches
Hockey associations may want to provide their coaches with a train-the-trainer session covering,
among other topics, skill instruction and providing tips and exercises on which skills need to be
developed at which levels, and how to build such skill development into practices. Game concepts,
such as playing without the puck, quick puck movement, anticipation and support, will also be discussed.
These sessions can be carried out in the classroom or on the ice.
