Hockey Performance Center
In November 2010, Update Fitness opened a Hockey Performance Center at Bahnhofstrasse 111b in Uzwil / SG .
Thanks to this special ice it is possible to offer individual as well as small group trainings. Don McLaren was able to test the hockey center already and is convinced that it has a lot to give.
